Virtual Walk of Faith with Ebenezer Baptist Church February 28, 2021

Northeast Illinois Council – Virtual Walk of Faith with Ebenezer Baptist Church (scoutingevent.com)

On February 28th from 5 pm to 6 pm, Scouts BSA Troop 213, the “Troop of Kings,” of the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, Georgia will host in partnership with NEIC’s Catholic and Jewish Committees, a Virtual Walk of Faith!

Ebenezer was previously led by Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and is currently led by newly-elected Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock. The Scouts of Troop 213 will host Northeast Illinois Council and Chicagoland Scouts in a Walk of Faith virtual interactive discussion.

Scouts from Troop 213 will lead local Scouts in an exploration of the Baptist faith, the history of their Church and Scout troop, and the legacy of Dr. King. This will be a truly amazing opportunity for our Scouts.
